Hope Hill Church: Countdown to Launch: Day 6
Hope Hill Church! Â What an amazing thing that God has begun! Together, we have been able to be apart of seeing hundreds of lives be impacted for change! Â In just a short period of time HHC has been able to help be a part of seeing marriages healed, relationships restored, and lives transformed by the loving and powerful gospel of Jesus Christ. In a remarkably short period of time, we have been used by God to make a significant eternal mark on our community.
I believe that God is about to even greater things! We have just begun and we have out grown our meeting spaces three times just this year! Â I was told yesterday that we ran out of space in three different children’s areas and we need more rooms! Â We are overwhelmed how God continues to trust us with the people he so dearly loves! Thanks to the sacrificial giving of those on the Core Team and Launch Team – and everyone else who has stepped up to be used as the hands and feet of Jesus! What an amazing privilege we have to be a part of what he is doing! In just a few short months – we have been able to see God do these great things:
- grew our Home Bible study from 20 – 80 in just three months
- moved into Ashland Elementary with our home group of 80 and grew to over 200 in 5 months
- have seen more then 20 people come to know and experience the love of Jesus and invite him in as Lord
- creating more space for life change by expanding our children’s areas
- over $50,000 worth of church equipment donated
- over $50,000 in grants provided to help us in purchasing additional needed equipment
- impacted over 500 local families in our neighborhoods and community with the Life Transforming Gospel of Christ through the monthly missional donations of meals, clothing, Christmas gifts, car repairs, shoes, and more!
We must continue to pray and rely on God to lead us one step at a time our next. It is imperative that we continue to aggressively pursue God for the expansion of our vision, our staff, our facilities in this school – or the next, and our finances so that we can accomplish all that God has for us to do. Â He will not lead us to do something that he will not enable us to do!
If you are already serving, then thank you so much for your sacrifice. For those of you new to Hope Hill, I invite you to jump on board as we see this church launch into all that God has for us!
