As this year’s Student Adoption and School Supply Drive winds down, we want to thank everyone who adopted a child this year. This couldn’t have happened without all of your help and generosity. We have had over 40 children adopted this year!
This Sunday (8/24) is the last day to bring your donated backpacks to church. Please attach the colored adoption tag to the backpack, or place it in an outer pocket where it can easily be found.
Don’t forget to remind your adopted family to join you for church on Sunday, August 31st! After the end of the church service, we will pray for the families and the upcoming school year. Then, the children will receive their backpacks.
If you were not able to adopt a child this year, but would still like to help, we will be accepting financial donations this Sunday. Your donations help provide supplies for the children who did not get adopted.
